I am a pound heavier this morning. I think it's probably just water weight. I have water-retention problems, and I did have a lot of salt last night. It might be a little muscle building? I'm getting the second day burn from the 30 day shred DVD! I'm not super worried about it... I'll just keep on keeping on!

I was so proud of my nutrition and excercise determination yesterday. I could have eaten more calories, but the day past by too quickly! This morning I weighed in and was rewarded for yesterday! 108.6! Holy cow! I'm so excited! Granted, it probably won't stay at that number, but at least I saw it on the scale!

I kicked some excercising butt today! I'm under my calories for the day which is totally awesome because I've actually eaten a lot. Go me for making the right choices! I got a reward today to encourage me in the next few weeks....new workout pants. I love love love them and I feel comfortable in them! So awesome!

I went swimming today for an hour! I was really proud of myself for wearing a swimming suit in public! There were only two strangers there, so it wasn't horrible, but still. I just tried to focus on what I was there for - a decent workout. I kept smiling the while time and swimming around as well as walking around. I walked around the perimeter several times backwards and forewards. Who knew walking in deep water could be so challenging! Overall, it was kind of fun. The best part was that I didn't really sweat because I was in the cool water! I love that part!

I just put a challenge up - 30 day shred with Jillian Michaels/Nutritional Diet if anyone is interested in doing it with me...It's be hard work but hopefully kind of fun too! I'm aiming for 5 pounds in 30 days! If I reach that goal, I can always set another one! Come join me!
