WOW! Sorry guys that I have slacked so much the last few days. I have not had an extra minute to breath let alone do all the work to load my diet and excercise. Excuses! Excuses! Okay, okay, I am back on track now. I will have you know though that I ate healthy and everything. Hey, my weight did not go up...that's progress!
Today was the first day of taking a new medication. I am now taking a medication called levothyroxine. It is a synthetic T4 tyroid hormone. I am taking it because I have hypothyroidism, and was just diagnosed after 3 years. Hopefully, my body will adapt well to the new hormones and begin to allow me to loose the weight I have gained while remaining undiagnosed for so long! We'll see!

I ws so upset yesterday. Huge weight gains were making me sad. I finally had a day when I did not have to go to school first thing in the morning though, so I took my medicine. Weigh in showed huge progress on the losing side! I love Thursdays!!!

I'm so frustrated! Endocrynology denied my doctor's request for a consult for the second time. I keep eating less, excercising more, and gaining weight! I cry about it all everyday now. I never had issues with my weight until I started getting hypothyroid symptoms. I told the doctor and he said there was nothing wrong. Now my thyroid test came back slightly low and the doc says there is nothing wrong again. How can a doctor that specializes in this stuff, not know that thyroid levels can be different for everyone, and the slightest reduction can cause the biggest problems? Most days I feel like there is no point in eating healthy or excercising...it's not going to help anyways. I just keep gaining more weight.

I was completely unable to do my DVD yesterday! Ugggg! I hate homework assignments that take FOREVER! I'm goinng to try to do the DVD twice today! Plus, we are going to go to the pool if it doesn't reain later this evening!

down 2 oz from yesterday. It's a good thing, or I was going to cry! haha! My muscles are feeling a little bit better today than yesterday which surprised me! Maybe they are adjusting finally to me kicking their butt by doing Jillian Michaels! Today is going to be deskwork for a while. I have masive amounts of homework for my drafting class, english class, and 3D design class. Yikes!!!! I wish there was a way to add bending wire to my excercise journal! That takes a lot out of a girl. Oh, and I'm about to have a cup of coffee this morning. that counts toward my water (Just add calories!) I haven't had any in a couple months though. It's time to clip coupons now, and then off to do homework!
