Finally after finding this web site I really focused on calories and tracking every little thing I ate...I found out that my calorie intake was around 1800-2000...woooow no wondering I stopped losing weight.
So today I finally got my intake to 1300 in addition to my 5 day a week cardio and 3 day a week strength training....I think this is gonna be good...=)
