well back at it, yesterday not so good, but it was my birthday so it was well deserved=) this week im hoping for a 4 pound loss! wish me luck

Today is the last day of my <<<2>>>>> rest days and it has took everything in me to not go to the gym and start running... I have however, loved sleepin in =)
Aside from not working out I have stuck to my eating program perfectly, I even reduced my calorie in take by 200 due to not working out=)

Dropped my carbs down by about 75 grams! Ran 5.59 miles of hills...and now im going to sleep=) Next 2 days will be some much needed R&R.

3rd day with increased cardio and 1200-1400 calorie intake! No complex carbs eaten, but still consuming way to many carbs daily...gonna work on that today=)
