hai, mau tanya kan di kalkulator bmr, ditanyakan pergerakan aktivitas kita, yg dimaksud dengan "sedikit aktiv" atau "jarang sekali" itu apa yah? kl cuma ke pasar sekitar 30-1jam,dan bebenah rumah + dapur sekiranya 3-4jam perhari itu masuk golongan'nya apa yah? thanks
