Just recently I got back from a badminton tournament abroad. I've been having problems with my right knee for quite some time now. After I got back from the tournament, I went to see the doctors.
I'm now on no-heavy sports for 6 weeks. These include basketball, badminton, or any sport that includes continuous running and jumping.
I've always been a big eater, and within 1 week, I managed to gain 4 kilos. When I got back from my badminton tournament I was about 50 kg, and a week later I'm 54.
Basically I'm trying to keep and maintain a healthy weight during the time when I'm unable to play sports. I'm physically quite active - I do alot of sports. However due to the fact that I'm now put on sport-probation, it seems as if my weight is suffering. This is also bad news to my knee so hopefully in a couple of weeks time my weight would have gone down and maybe even less than the initial weigh in.

After approximately 6 months of hiatus, I am now back to playing sports again. My knee has not completely healed yet but it is alot better. Now that school has started again, my food cravings have also started. I'm trying to lose weight and then maintain it.
