was away for the weekend so ate a lot, and been relatively bad since. but back at the gym so should be back on track! hate being so up and down.

back into it once again! finally after 2 weeks off for my holiday non stop drinking and eating foreign food and snacking when i came home due post break up isolation, i decided it was time to get off my ass n go back to working out. and it felt amazing!
can't wait to get back into it, really think this time i'll start to see the kind of difference i've wanted to all along.
