not stepped on my scales since last sunday (10 days) and don't intend to again until sunday. has been a very productive and controlled and well-followed-diet-wise 10 days and will continue, wanna see how much i've achieved in two weeks where i've properly went for it, the up and down scales just puts me off. back into a routine which i love and consciously eating more rather than cutting down to like 600/700 calories which i now know for definite was doing no good, just injuring me. feeling good, fingers crossed!
