okay, so I have not weighed in in weeks. With good reason.
Okay... not a good reason, but a reason nonetheless I suppose.
okay, here's the thing. I've been embarrassed. I've been trying so hard to lose weight and then I go on vaycay and I'm so excited because we have a gym and then I never even go in... and the food
Oh. My. Gosh.
The food...
I would never do this on a regular day, but we were in a room that had no fridge, so when we ordered pizza and wings (which I would normally take a little bit and then put the rest away) my mother's voice popped into my head telling me how wasteful it was and I ate half of the pizza and a third of the wings with my husband. *headdesk*
It's no wonder I went up 5 pounds *headdesk* I know!
I'm so embarrassed!
but, I am back on track, I'm eating more vegetables than I have in a long time which is *phew* bonus right? and drinking water.
the only thing I'm now thinking I need because I'm so tired lately is Iron which I need to eat more spinach etc. to get into my system.
I'm still trying to have a baby but I'm not just losing for me anymore because I don't care. I'm losing for my husband and for the baby I don't have yet but I want.

well, I have no idea what I did, but I'm back on track this week. more or less. it's great looking at my graph that sits on my table and that it's going down and down and down!
our current contest the "swimwear contest" is really helping me a lot. I go in every Monday thinking, "if I can have a loss I get to take another piece of that towel off.
I was so mad last week when my show got preempted not once, but twice by two different people! ard!
so no Jillian shouting at me, but whatever I did, seemed to work for me.
