I just tried:
Twohundredsquats.com and got 115 reps on the initial test. I'm gonna try something tougher, I think. I'm going to work harder on adding weight to my barbell squats at the gym.
Didn't do as well with onefiftydips - only 25, eek. :/ I guess being off for a while with tennis elbow hasn't helped my upper body.
Pushed out 20 pushups for the onehundredpushups test, although I'd done about forty earlier today in my workout so it's probably not the best measurement.
40 situps on twohundredsitups - although again, this is right after my regular workout, so I may need to repeat the test.

Other than working on dips and pushups and crunches then - time to get a bar to do chinups etc. at home.

I've got my plan for food for tomorrow (the basic template for my Mon and Wed food schedules):
Breakfast = 2 protein bars, banana + peanut butter
Lunch = Hummus/pitas, apple, banana bread
Dinner = chicken w/pasta, yogurt w/grapes
Hoping for a good run in the AM and potentially dance in the PM if I feel like it.
