Hmmm...haven't been doing too well on the nutrition front. I've been nomming like crazy and not doing enough exercise to balance it out. Hopefully it's not undone all of last week, but we'll see. Every day is a new chance to do better.

Today I used the Crunch Workouts Candlelight Yoga on Netflix. Since I'm doing a yoga related challenge, I thought I'd review it if anyone's interested.
Pros:
Slow, gentle, no super yogini poses so it's good for people who've never done yoga before.
The music was good.
Contained a lot of stretches I know I *should* be doing after running, but am too lazy to do.
I felt relaxed afterwards and it definitely felt good to my lower back after a day of sitting in a desk chair.
Cons:
The instructor's voice got on my nerves a little bit.
If you're looking for a super calorie burn, or a real challenge, this probably isn't for you.
Overall, the video showcased the important thing about yoga, which is breathing and the ability to relax and laugh at yourself. I would recommend it for beginners or for people who want a brief cooldown at the end of the day.
