I have just started putting some exercise into my daily life... but really have not followed ww very close this past week... Just been too busy and travel with work has gotten me off track ..but surpisingly still lose 2lbs...

Well I can't take full credit for the 5lbs lost, I had dental work done last week and have not be able to eat anything but soup... Soup for breakfast ,soup for lunch and soup for dinner ... So I guess something good came out of that... I am going on my second week of soup mouth is just tooo sore to try to bite down on anything else..
