I have completely lost focus on this goal. The lil hourly exertions seem to have wained from routine again too... ugh! Where oh where has my commitment to health, wellness and exercise gone?
I will soon drum up the motivation to get back on track... sooner than later hopefully! No, I mean soon... this week - before the month-end... that is a promise to myself!!

I'm here to report that my focus has not at all been on my exercise regime but rather on getting my house pared down for simple living and donating all things not used.
We are hoping soon to find a place to call OUR home so I've determined that if I don't want to move it, I had better move it on to someone who can appreciate it!
I have been eating better and have started to do some small hourly exertions in my office (squats, lunges, RDLs, pushups, planks) so these things are better than nothing but my sparse time spent at home is not focused on exercise right now.

I know 120 as my goal weight is a stretch and probably not my body's ideal weight so i should probably up it to 125. We'll see... it's a goal afterall
