Sure wish I wouldn't have slacked on my wonderful habits cuz it's been really tough getting back on track.
Discipline is seriously lacking these days but I'm trying not to dwell on that and only look positively to what I am doing today!!

Ouch, I am so sore!
Hurts so good!!! I did hourly exertion exercises yesterday and OMGosh while walking down the stairs this morning I was saying to myself "hello quads, I feel ya"!! There is nothing like the feeling of knowing you have done something good for yourself. My chest, bis and tris are also screamin at me too. Oh what a feeling... I didn't realize how much I've missed feeling this good.
