I am just not happy when I don't feel full. I don't mean like, "wow, I ate way too much" full but just comfortable, "aahhh, I'm full."

I know that you are supposed to stop eating before you get full, but I just can't do it. So, I drink a glass of water before I eat, drink while I'm eating, and if my meal is done and I'm not satisfied yet, I'm drinking some more or eating like celery or cucumbers or tomatoes until I do.

Just now for lunch I had some tuna, crackers and celery for lunch, but then I had a half a sliced cucumber with lime and hot sauce - mmmm... delicious. And the hot sauce made me thirsty, so now... ahhhh, I'm full, and it was only like 30 calories or something. I have an orange, an apple and a V8 for snacking til the end of the day.

My Daily Prayer: Lord, I thank you that you gave me the strength today to make wise decisions about my eating habits. I thank you that you have given me the clarity of mind to finally realize what I was doing to sabotage myself. I pray that you continue to guide me, not only in spirit, but body and mind as well. I also pray for all those who lost their lives in Haiti, and especially for their families and loved ones who are suffering, not knowing if they are safe. In Jesus's name I pray, Amen.
