Hi,
I have doing LAWL since Feb. 2006 (yes - 2 years). I've lost 60 pounds in 2006 and 10 more in 2007.
My goal is 160 so I am close! I have ranged between 170 and 174 for at least 6 months now and would love to find a way to complete this journey.
I look forward to meeting all of you and sharing ideas and tips.
