FINALLLY broke 220! That was goal no. 1. Goal no. 2 is to break 200. I know that goal is alot further down the road and alot harder to reach than this one. But I haven't been under 220 in so long I had to get on the scale this morning again because when I looked at it the first time, 219.8 looked so foreign to me, I thought I'd gained a whack of weight! I have not cheated at all on this diet although yesterday was such a tough emotional day for me if I was going to emotional eat, it would have been then. I could have literally gorged yesterday. I was an emotional wreck. With Ian being an absolute prick and me missing kat and the baby so badly, I was not in a good place. I really wasn't even fit to be around ppl. I should have stayed home and stayed in bed and not even gone to work. Wish that had been an option, but it wasn't. So I looked like hell yesterday, with puffy eyes from crying off and on. my hubby was my knight, as usual and if not for him, i doubt i could have made it thru the day sane.

It's been a really tough wk for me mostly emotionally. Feel like I should have taken a few extra effexor but I have to b able to function at work.

It's been a tough few days ESP dealing with Kat and jay being gone and not being able to "comfort" eat. I've wanted to badly. One good thing is that with all alans whining abt starving, I haven't felt the need to. He's whining more than enuf for both of us lol. I'm impressed tho, that he can even do this. It's an extremely tough diet and not one I'd wish on anyone.
