still not totally on track, i'm trying but not succeeding. things have gone so well over the past year, why do i seem to be struggling now? i know what i need to do and yet i can't seem to get myself motivated. it just seems like such a chore right now, and thats not how it should be. i don't want to ruin everything i've accomplished so far. i need to go back to the meetings, i haven't been to one in about a month and i know thats part of the reason things aren't going well. it was all going well, the part that scares me is how easy one can slip back into old habits. i desperately need to get back on track again!

well at least i'm heading in the right direction again. i was hoping for a little more, but i had worked overnight before weighing in again, and i don't think my weigh in's are going to be great when i work overnight. but i am back on track with eating, no more out of control so i'm happy about that. adjusting to my new job too, and i think that is helping, i really enjoy it, and at least for now i'm not real stressed. christmas shopping is pretty much done, but i haven't even started with all the other stuff yet.(i guess it will get done). now everything else is going wrong though, we have a car in the shop, my washing machine took a crap, and one of our toilets is not working, why does this stuff always seem to happen right before the holidays. oh well, life is good. God bless you all, and thanks for all your support, i love my fatsecret family!

okay i've been really good this week, and i'm back on track i hope i lost something. problem is i work overnight before weigh-in tom. and after being up all night (and drinking coffee), it's probably not going to be as good as i'd like. wish me luck.

the damage is done, but i'm not giving up the battle. i'll look at this as a setback. i've had a lot of adjustments recently, new job, lots more hours between old and new and things are starting to settle down now, and i'm getting myself back on track. i need to re-evaluate my points though, cause now i'm not as active at work, but i need to increase my activity on my off hours which i think will be more obtainable now. today is a new day and i'm not going to give into temptation, must get myself back on the steady course,i've come to far to give up now. i started by going to my WW meeting yesterday and facing the music, i knew i had gained, but i need to hold myself accountable and face up to it if i'm going to move forward. i'll need lots of support, and thats why i'm here.
