whoooowhooo, finally after weeks of playing the yo-yo gain, and losing just .2 or .4 i lost 3.2pounds this week. i've had no significant loss in over 8 weeks, i was really getting a little discouraged, and now finally something to get excited about! hopefully i'll be on a little roll now. the thing is i really didn't do anything different, i just kept plugging along. so if you follow the program and just hang in there it will happen. i'm now down a total of 79.4 pounds since i started last september(not to shabby).

well at least i lost, but it's still not enough, i've been in this slump lately and i can't seem to get out of this cycle i'm in. i know i need to increase my exercise, but finding time and energy to do so seems futile at this point, where's my motivation gone. i'm doing ok with the diet part and although i've had a few indiscretions my diet is not where i'm lacking...it's exercise, i know i need to, but my motivation to do so seems to be on vacation. i really need a shove in that direction, i'm going to start checking out some options, i need to find something fun that i enjoy doing and isn't going to cost me a fortune right now. when i get to goal i'm going to join a gym, but right now i can't afford WW and a gym, so i need to find an alternative i can stick with till then.

up till last weekend not doing so well, back on track by sunday and now i'm about where i was when my binge took over. had my fun now back to work, maybe i needed a short time of misbehaving, hopefully i will now start to lose again. i probably actually lost about 4-5 pounds this week, but according to my WW weigh in i'm up 0.2, although i had jeans on today(its really cold here)so i say i at least maintained. i've been in a slump lately, up and down with the same 5 pounds or so for about 2 months now, maybe my little walk on the wild side will shoot me into the losing direction for a change. since it's cold here we plan on having lots of soups this week,homemade and as low cal as i can possibly make, let's hope that i lose this week, its getting very discouraging and i think that maybe why i'm so easily giving into temptation. good luck to all of you this week, and as always i really do appreciate all the support and info i get from you guys.

did not go to meeting this week, weight the same, i need to work hard this week and make next week a good one. going to a festival today, hope i can be in control.

well first of all, good morning to all of you out there! i lost another 0.6lbs. this week. i'm not very happy about it though, i really thought it was going to be more. i seem to be really struggling here lately, and i'm not sure why. i'm still doing good with the dieting and staying within my points range but for about the past 1 1/2- 2 months the scale hasn't really moved much. i guess i'm just a little discouraged today, i was hoping for a little more. i know i must keep going, and i also know that as i get closer to my goal its going to get more difficult. and if i'm being perfectly honest i really need to find some form of exercise that i can stick with. i was doing the walking thing and i don't know why but i just can't seem to keep myself motivated. if i could just get going and stick with it maybe i would start losing again. anybody have any suggestions?
