For lunch I went out for a birthday celebration and had a spring green salad with a sweet vinaigrette and goat cheese. I also had a roll with 2 tsp of butter and a grilled artichoke with scant oil.... Oh, an a virgin mary.

Pretty bummed about not loosing any weight this week, however the good knew is, I didn't gain.

Had assorted salads for lunch (it's anybody's guess how many points). Tonight unfortunately, I will have pizza , cake and ice-cream for a birthday celebration. Should be able to get back on track tomorrow.
