Ok this is good staying at this weight for sure. This is good as my son made cookies last night, he then realized we didn't have flour. So we used coconut flour, they came out pretty good actually. Choco chip with a hint of coconut flavor. So he didn't like them decided to get some white flour and make cookies again. So now we have two batches of cookies in the house.
So yes I am grateful for my diet, keeping me safe.

I don't know what is happening but I put on an old pair of blue jeans and they where so loose. I am guessing I have lost inches and staying at the same lbs. Ok good with that.
