I am so excited about what my company is all about. So many people losing weight and making healthy choices. Getting closer and closer. I think getting this new Border Collie is taking off the last lbs. She never sits still, in out in out, wanting to play, wanting to play..... on and on. So I am getting exercise for sure.

Ok I am so happy that I am on these products, I went on a cookie eating frenzy last week. My son wanted to bake cookies so we made these awesome Reese's Peanut butter cups recipe. I gained 2 lbs and was not happy not to mention going to Golden Corral for turkey dinner. Back on track and feeling great this morning lost my 2 lbs back to my 139 lbs.

WOW what a roller coaster ride this weekend was. With 5 days off with the family I went on a eating frenzy. Didn't do too bad on Thanksgiving Day went to Golden Corral and only ate 2 plates and no desert. I was so full I was miserable when I got out of there, too much.
Friday my son wanted to make cookies, that did me in they were very good. The whole family ate the whole batch in 2 days. Gone!!!1
So thankful Monday is here, back to work and back on track.
