Looks like I've managed to maintain quite well, despite the wine train this weekend. Things are looking up :)

I really have not had the best of days this weekend. Wine is the absolute devil! I should really be cutting back on that. Not only is it a calorie bomb in itself, but it lead to some questionable decision making when it comes to food.
Alas.
But we always have to pick ourselves up and get back on the bandwagon. Start fresh and clean and hit the gym!

Sometimes I'm not sure how accurate this calorie count is. It would appear that I'm under-eating by a mile, yet I feel full and satisfied for most of the day and throw in the odd treat here and there. Perhaps I'm missing something?
