I have had an impossible time trying to eat less. My most difficult time is from about 3:30 on - then I just want to EAT! I crave sweet something after dinner. I think if I could get going with restraint it would become less difficult to fight. Everyday stresses interfere and if I'm feeling particularly put upon - by too many tasks, family needs, work - I do reward myself with food. I always have and I am having such a hard time trying to substitute something. What's better than a "nurturing snack"? Got to work on this....

Today is FRIDAY THE 13TH!! Sooo.... I was given the day off - that's lucky - my back doesn't hurt as much today and Rob injected my R hip bursa so maybe that will get better. -I'm going to walk Jake and it's not 100 degrees out there yet! Maybe I'll finish laundry, vacuum upstairs and the rest of downstairs, go grocery shopping and finish the ironing. HAHAHAHA -

so frustrated! it is very hard to eat well when i'm always "behind" - behind with stuff to do at home, keeping up with work, and taking care of myself - same ol' story - i always start the day well - the witching hour occurs when i come home from work or have finished many tasks - food is my reward. i love to eat melted aged cheddar on triskets!!! yum - or triskets and humus - anyway....
