so frustrated! it is very hard to eat well when i'm always "behind" - behind with stuff to do at home, keeping up with work, and taking care of myself - same ol' story - i always start the day well - the witching hour occurs when i come home from work or have finished many tasks - food is my reward. i love to eat melted aged cheddar on triskets!!! yum - or triskets and humus - anyway....
