Day 2 of Really trying on this diet/exercise routine! I took pictures yesterday before I started front, side & back to update in 30 days. I have a problem with weighing myself in everyday so my weight will go up & down I'm sure but as long as I get closer to my goal in 30 days I'm not giving up this time!

I came to the conclusion that i sabatoge myself on the weekends, no exercise & eating whatever I want! Now that I'm pissed I've gained all 5 of the pounds I lost last week back, i need to take a mental note to EXERCISE ON THE WEEKEND & stay away from "value meals"!

well i lost a few pounds in just a day, maybe it was all the Easter food I ate over the weekend...

Today started off on the wrong food with the donuts & latte! So I decided its the day I start a diet! A low carb diet to burn some fat, I exercise everyday, but carbs are my weekness; chips, gummy candy, tacos! Time to make a change. Lets see where this takes me, hopefully 15 lbs lighter!
