Starting I am starting a diet i found from bodybuilding.com. first starting with the diet b/c thats the worst part of this whole losing weight thing. 4-5 meals a day consisting of a clean diet, eggs, whole grains, vegetables & lean meat. After maybe 4 weeks of getting this diet in check I will start with the weight training! pretty excited, meanwhile I will continue my 1 hour cardio each day. Hopefully I will see some results even in these first 4 weeks!
