Today was a little bit better. I hit pretty close to goal. After imputing my food I resisted a major urge for some ramen noodles because I had no extra calories left. I'll probably end up eating them tomorrow anyway, but I'll try and plan for it at least.
I've started looking at labels again. I had a Liptons Citrus Green Tea from a bottle. Drank it, turned it over, and the very first ingredient was High Fructose Corn Syrup. -_- Green tea was way down on the ingredients list. I thought I had chosen a healthy alternative to the Pepsi that I was really wanting, but it turns out that this wasn't much better. I need something yummy tasting for my work lunches to substitute a soda.
Also, I'm really struggling with after work munchies. We have lunch at work at 7:30. But by the time I get home at almost 11:30 I'm dying for something to munch on. And not little munchies either, but the 'half a bag of chips' kind of munchies.

I'm back. Like, really back. I'm quickly pushing back up to my pre-weightloss weight and I'm over it. This 195 is just an estimate as I don't have a scale right now, but I'll get to one tomorrow and give an actual weight. I had a moment at a 4th of July party yesterday that hit me pretty hard. A 9 year old shamed me good. She was putting my son in his stroller and commented on the straps being weird. The conversation went on after that like this--

Me: The straps are weird because this is a jogging stroller
Her: Uncle David jogs? (That's my husband)
Me: No. I do.
Her: Oh.
Me: Why?
Her: Well I thought Uncle David jogged because he's skinny.

So here I am. Guilty. Shamed. And out of excuses.
Heading to the grocery store on Friday(payday) for some healthier foods. And going to start stopping at the gym on my way home from work every night.

I'm going to reevaluate my goals. I have a wedding in September that I'd like to be down at least 20 lbs for.
