Hello,
I need a buddy so bad! I need someone who asks me how I am doing everyday, who gives me support to achieve my goals, who exchange tips about dieting in a regular basis, who can cheer me up if I get some lack of motivation... Anyways, I need a real BUDDY! Anyone???

Weighing in every day
I'm trying not to weigh myself in everyday... I get really anxious if I don't see any progress and lack of motivation which makes me eat more... I have to deal with this battle and fortunately I've found a great place to get much motivation as needed to achieve my goals (sparkpeople.com)
