Let's try this again. Messed up yesterday. I need to get back on track. One of my main goal is to never give up. I don't plan to start now.

Well, I've just failed the first week of my two challenges: record everything you eat and no carbonated drinks. But, I've been really sick with some intense intestinal illness so I guess I have a good excuse. Still, I felt fine today but still did pretty bad. I'm not going to give up. That is my main goal: not to give up. I'll start again starting now.

Well, I've joined the No Carbohydrated Drinks for 8 weeks challenge and have already slipped up. I had a Coke today. Out of everything I can consume, Coke and Mountain Dew are my biggest weakness so I need this. I won't let this control me. I'll start fresh starting now and will strive to complete this challenge without another slip up.

It's been a week since I've been really trying to change. I only lost 1 pound but at least it's in the right direction. I messed up a few times last week but I feel good about my progress. It's going to be slow so I just have to keep at it.
