Weigh in day tomorrow! eeek
so worried since I started my new diet of HIGH CARB MODERATE CARB diet last sunday! all it is is carbs!! i was realy worried at first but the energy has been better so I just hope I haven't gained a ton of weight.

In addition I took a 4 day trip so meal plannng and workouts were stressful and hard to get in!

Sunday Mar 18 - Mod carb - cardio (spin)
Monday Mar 19 - High carb - morning cardio, some back/shoulders pm
Tues Mar 20 - High carb - Legs, 30 min cardio pm
Wed Mar 21 - Low carb - plyometrics
Thurs Mar 22 - High Carb - back and sprints
Fri Mar 23 - High Carb Morning cardio, massage, and light legs pm
Sat Mar 24 - total body group workout - great workout so exhausted!!!

Sat was my cheat day - i had peanut butter and nutella mixed together, i had some nachos with mozza cheeze and salsa and then I had a small blizzard. I felt sooo sick and I never want to do it again!!!!

well i dont know if this is good or bad. it's hard to say with slight weight loss if it's water weight or a genuine loss. I followed the carb cycling relatively well but my shoulder injury kinda messed up my workout schedule and due to the low cals/carbs on some days it's taking me some time to get my workout schedule on track because I have no energy the morning after a no carb day and I have no energy the night of the no carb day.
Bought some digestive enzymes finally and today havent had many tummy troubles

this week for training and carbs:

Mon 12th- no carb = morning cardio + butt pm
Tuesday 13th - high carb = morning cardio + legs in evening (took progress pic in pm, could see abs more than other days. this might be indication that i should carb up the day of..)
Wed 14th - no carb - morning cardio
Thurs 15th - morning cardio + legs in evening
Fri 16th - no carb = arms pm
Sat 17th - high carb = group workout + cardio in evening
Sun 18th - low carb = spin am(cardio) + back and calves
Weigh-in: 105.5 lb lost so far: 4.5 lb still to go: 0 lb Diet followed reasonably well
losing 1.8 lb a week
