I want my body to look as hot as I feel. I want to look good in and out of clothing( some people know exactly what I am talking about) for the most part I have no problems with food. The only real weakness for is junk food- specifically burgers& fries. Hoping to end this addiction with a lifestyle change - not a diet.

Question for the veterans
I have bought my book- it hasn't arrived yet. I start my diet Nov1- due to travel, business, etc. Should I do any of the following:

1) Get a scale

2) Pre-shop- if so- what items

3) Get rid of anything particular in my fridge that my drive me over the edge( for the most parts its empty)

Can anyone tell me how the first nine days were? What were the pitfalls?

kind of excited/scared.
