I have lower back problems so I must get the weight off I had a bulging disc between L4 and L5 but now that disc is gone so its bone on bone which causes a lot of pain so I will begin my journey to relieve pressure off my spine. The spine Surgeon said they could replace the disc between L4 and L5 but they will have to go through my stomach to get to my spine that's not going to happen the weight must come off.

My diets this time around: I started off with Lindora and loss 5.5 lbs, then I realized the carbs were too low for me and I started having dizzy spells and feeling weak these symptoms needed to disappear ASAP because I have to drive to work everyday. So I gained what I needed from Lindora and moved on. I started counting my carbs for the weight I want to be not for the weight I am now, this way I am taking in less carbs which will work for me in the long run of this race. My diet of choice this time is Blood Type Diet and I will start this tomorrow with my carb counting which helps me keep track of what food I eat during the day.

JUST WONDERING
Hello there if you want to gain weight one way is to take the weight you want to be and x 12 this will give you how many calories you should eat a day. Let's say you want to weigh 120 lbs so 120 x 12 = 1,440 calories you need to eat a day to maintain this weight. Hope this helps
