Hello......I hope you have all been well since I last made contact on April 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have joined weight watchers because I was sooooo off any program. I just completed 1 week and weigh in tonight. It has not been too difficult, and I am trying not to think of past failures on weight watchers. That was THEN This is NOW.
I see there have been some challenges for buddies of mine...good luck on them!

My new weight is from last week, the first visit to weight watchers. I wore clothes and shoes-I did not go naked like I used to on south beach because of the audience. If I could have, I would have just to weigh less. I will be recording a new weight tonight (I'm most certain). I'll be fully clothed and it will be after lunch, rather than first thing in the morning, another positive to south beach-but I was not working sb anymore.

22.6 lb
Diet followed reasonably well

Hi to all my buddies and others.........I've caught up with your journals-I have been MIA but I don't want a few pounds, and lack of control to keep me away for so long from FS.....Have been excersizing regularly and sometimes keep to a healthy diet. I realize after reading the journals, I'm not alone! Keep up the good work, and hoping that some of us make more of an effort soon.

Have been failing at all other attempts to change from south beach. All other diets have me doing too many carbs and have too many cravings. Have been holding betwee 161 and 164-GOAL: First new goal 155!
