I have embarked on a lifestyle change where I want to drop weight for the sake of a healthy heart, more confidence, and my step daughters wedding in May 2011 !!I started with the Dr. Gott's No Flour No Sugar way of eating, and was able to lose some weight, however, not as much as I thought I would. My motivation to exercise is completely lacking, and I believe that if I would incorporate daily exercise, I would be able to lose weight, and maintain it at a healthy level.
