With Christmas (and all the junk food that comes with it)is now behind me it is time for a fresh start and discipline!!!! Healthy eating and more exercise is in my future. I go to the gym 3x a week and try to eat healthy, but I do like bread and sweets....lol! So, today I kicked the sweets out and increased my exercise to 4 days a week and I will be walking during my lunch break too.
I hope to start seeing results and feeling healthier!!!!
