How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I use to every morning, but when I see I put a pound on it makes me feel so defeated for the rest of the day. I am starting fresh and my new weigh day is Friday. I'll see how this works!!!!!!
I also agree that seeing results in my clothes is very rewarding, but seeing the numbers go down would be GREAT...lol
