Hi, my name is Summer and I am college swimmer. I am 5 foot 9 inches tall, and muscular. I love to work out, even outside the pool, but I have the biggest apetite! I just started college last year, and I thought I wouldn't gain the freshman 15! I was wrong!! The food at college is so unhealthy, and I didnt realize I had gained weight until March! I used to be so lean and I want to be back that way again! Athletes are supposed to have low body fat, so I want to go on this fat flush diet to help me in my sport! I love to eat healthy, but sometimes I like to eat junk, so this will be hard at first.
