so after not being on a decent diet ever I decided to start ww in febuary. I have already lost 23 lbs and cant wait untill I get the next 2 off so I can have my 10% and 25 lb goals reached. and I decided to updat this so I can have a little more help with my goal.

well I did not exercise much this week so I am sure that is the main reason I did not lose more then one pound. but I plan on doing better this comming week and I hape to stay on track.

well I'm back from my moms and I did prety good for the first 2 days and then yesturday and today I really have not been able to eat when I needed to but thats just becouse I have been very busy but tomarow I will start back on my eating scedual. as for now I think I'm off to bed.
