well today I am going down to my moms to stay for a few days so hopefully I can stick with my diet. I will try but she still has 3 kids at home and they like to get into everything so if I have pre portioned meals in the fridge they will get into it. I'm relying on her to have fresh fruit and vegies instead. anyways I might not be on here for the next couple of days but I will update all of you when I get back.ttyl

today was day 10 and I'm down 5 lbs. I also started my monthly today so that might be adding on some more weight. I do feel good though. now all I can say is I am so glade I'm going into phase 2 now becouse I so missed meat but other then that the diet has been rather good for me. I no longer want the 3 spoons of sugar that I use to put into my tea so that is good and I also found out that I do still like berries exspecialy blue berries. well I have to go so I will talk to you all later.

well today I was starting to get discouraged about my diet and I almost wanted to quit. But instead I decided to have my husband look at the scale and let me know if I had lost any without telling me how much. so ofcourse all he told me was that I lost some and that is just what I needed to get back to the point were I needed to be. anyways I guess I had better do my exercise now so i'm gonna go. talk to you all later.

well this is day 4 on my diet and I've been tempted by just about everything I like but I have turned it all down. I have tried to stick to the diet as much as I can and I think I've done prety good for myself. anyways I am 26 and I really dont want to keep living with all this fat. I'm readdy to do something about it. anyways I have noticed that my energy has really gone up today becouse I have doubled the amount I workedout from the first 2 days. I kinda skiped the 3rd day becous I really did not have energy for it but I'll tell you today I dont know what was up but I just could not sit still. I will post more later.
