After spending years on diets and weight gain and diets.... I am now making changes to what I eat. I'm in my early 60's don't like my weight so time to do something about it. I work at a motel and have a variety of work which means I'm working inside and out which I love. Spent most of my working life sitting at a desk and not really liking it. Living on Stewart Island I am spoilt by the beauty of the outdoors and need to get out and enjoy the tracks more.
So here goes!!!

Thrilled with my weight. First week back eating again and have not only kept weight off but lost 200gms as well. :)

While my weight entry looks good it is not realistic as have been unwell for 2 weeks. I expect some weight to go back on at some stage. I have lost 3kgs ...
