Getting better each day, but I have my moments. I've been cleaning out my condo getting ready to put it up for sale and came across the birthday card that Jay gave me last year. Made my stomach jump when I saw his writing...I cried...again.
But I think I'm getting into my "angry phase"...last night I sent him a scalding email, telling him what I thought of him now. Felt good to get it out. I know he won't respond since he thinks no contact makes for a 'clean break'. Ass.
I guess I should thank him for helping me lose 10 pounds...not eating for 2 weeks will do that. But I've been keeping it off, not one pound gained back, so I'm happy about that.

Still not eating that much, appetite has come back more but I can't seem to eat 1000 calories a day even.

Boyfriend broke up with me a week ago. Haven't been eating. Pretty depressed and off work on medical. On ativan daily. Life is pretty bleak for me right now.

Went away for 4 days to Victoria and really allowed myself to take a 'vacation' from my low calorie diet. Back on track now though...

Feeling a little down lately...not sure why. Well, that's actually not true. I'm pretty sure it's because I haven't been able to run again yet. And I indulged a little too much over the last couple weeks. I haven't weighed myself, I'm too nervous to. I'm back on track with my eating now, but I still have cravings everyday for junk food like pizza. I haven't given in to the cravings but I think in turn I've been snacking a lot to make up for the cravings. I have to stop snacking so much.
I can't wait for my foot to be healed already...going crazy not being able to exercise.
