It's been a few weeks since I last contributed. New job, move and I am not good without routine!
It is amazing what a change of environment can do to our habits! Is anyone else a routine or habitual fanatic?
On the up side I have stopped smoking and, although I haven't moved much, the past few days have been back on the groove yay!

We have been off the grid for a little while as we have just moved with a new job. Not too devastated by the weight increase - but I can't tell you how delicious a plain old chicken salad tasted last night!!

Go the green! I must say that I am being totally honest when I say that I am following my "diet" "Reasonably Well". My plan has always been to restrict calorie intake to less than 1200 most days and then have a fast day, of not more than 500, two times a week. Yesterday was supposed to be a fast day, but I managed to sneak up to 600 and something. No big tragedy, right?!
