I'd be glad to help you out if I can. Checking in on this site daily will help motivate you. Just remember the 80/20 rule. We aren't shooting for perfection 100% of the time. We are shooting for 80% of the time -- we are allowed to "fall off the wagon" so to speak. Be easy with yourself and take baby steps.
