ive been good the last few days. i havent recorded my weight because im a bit higher than what is posted, but its TOM, so that may be why it's high. last few nights ive done sit ups, scissor kicks, and weights before going to sleep. ive also been walking around a lot and moving stuff and cleaning for the baby shower. the shower would be a lot easier to do if i wasnt so picky. haha. i bought vases at dollar tree. ribbon from walmart. tulle from joanns... ive shopped at like 15 stores already. haha. we made our our vases, not the glass of course, but the decorations for it. theyre cute. i didnt like the bingo cards party city sold, plus it would cost around $25 for the amount i need anyway, so i made my own bingo cards at work haha. i didnt like their decorations either, so ill decorate with tulle. i know it will probably look plain and everything, but i guess im just a hands-on person, and so is tess.
its supposed to rain on saturday. i hope it rains at night and not during the day. were going to do it inside though. stupid rain.

i need to stop eating out. ive eaten out at least once every single day this week! the coworkers and i went out mwf, monday the girls and i had sushi, and then had it again last night. today at lunch we went out for a bday. we had chinese, and i think i got the healthiest thing compared to everyone else. at least my coworkers and i have been walking this week, and also taking shopping trips when we are out in the field. they give us 4 hrs to complete a job, and we do it in half the time, so we end up shopping for the other 2 hours :)
were going to boston :). i want to be good during the week til then, so i can get drunk and enjoy myself over there with the chickadees. cant wait!!

potlucks. this is the sucky part of my job. they have a tea party pot luck today. our huge lounge looks so cute. they decorated it nicely and filled it with goodies. i saw a beautiful home-made lady finger fruit cake, tarts, puffs, scones, cinnamon buns, cookies, donuts, muffins, and fruit.
i just went in there and got a cup of sugar free ff chai latte, grapes, a ww carrot cake snack bar, and took it to my desk. my friends were telling me to stay in there, but i know myself. i will eat more if i stay there. we had a pot luck lunch on monday too.
im craving pho. we should got get some tonight...before we watch jersey shore!! haha.

starting to be good again. yesterday i was good. i didnt exercise because my sister and i were working on invitations. i guess thats exercise? we made 50, and it took about two hours or so to tie the ribbons, cut some sheets, and seal the envelopes. they came out really cute. the best part was that i didnt pay any postage on them because i used the postage stamp at work. haha. i know. i know. it's stealing. i'm bad. it's funny how ppl who take stuff from work always say "its ok. they OWE me!"
my goal for the week is to get back on track to drinking water only.

enough with the holiday eating! i'm back on track today.
i only made two healthy things for thanksgiving: sour cream apple pies and roasted yams. the yams were so good. i sprayed them with pam, seasoned them with garlic salt, a lil paprika, thyme, and parmesan cheese. they were so tasty. i dont even want to look up the calories for the prime rib i made, even though it was just meat and seasoning.
i walked around the mall today, did more walking than shopping. trying to decide if i should dye my hair or go walking right now. or watch tv? meeeeeeh.
