I am a sugar addict and I have struggled with compulsive sugar consumption my entire life. It has caused me to be overweight, (even as a kid), has exacerbated my ADHD, depression, and many other things. In joining this site, I hope to maintain a certain amount of accountability with folks who understand the challenges of being overweight.
