I just joined FS and am loving it so far! I enjoy how accessible everything is!
I am weighing in at 138 pounds with a goal of 120 pounds. I am not trying to diet, rather, change my eating habits for life. I've found that focusing on eating well for 1 month or 2 months has led me down a road of failures. I am now trying to change my habits all together and still incorporate all the foods I love into my life, just refine them and only indulge occasionally.
Ideally, I would like to lose 2 pounds a week initially and then 1 pound a week until I reach my goal weight of 120 pounds. I'm treating this like a marathon, not a sprint and am hoping for long term success and the slimmer body that I've been working hard to achieve!
