Yesterday I started back with my diet. Hopefully I didn't go so far off that I will be over 180 on weigh in day. It's definitely been a rough few weeks diet-wise. Having the flu was detrimental to my eating and exercise habits. Now I am determined to get back on track. It would be so nice to lose weight like they do on the Biggest Loser. I don't have 6 hours a day to spend at the gym, losing weight is not my full time job right now as much as that would be nice. I am, however about to finish my first fieldwork, and about to embark on my second one. It feels nice to have a normal schedule and know what to expect every day. My next fieldwork I will be on my feet walking around all day, so maybe I won't need to work out as much as I do now. I will also have longer days and a lot less time to spend at the gym. Tuesdays and Thursdays will be my go days, and I guess I will spend an hour or so there. I can't wait to drop this weight, I'm glad I didn't give up after falling off the bandwagon. I always do, but this time I am getting back on quick. I need to lose 10 pounds in 6 weeks. Here goes nothing!
