Yes you can change individual days. Click on "Weight history" and then on the right you should see "Enter historical weight entries". Click on that and you should see a calendar to the left. Just click on the desired day change your weight to what it should be. Hope this helps!

struggling thru breakfast/snacks
Try different options and find what you like. I do cottage cheese some days, blue berries, cereal, strawberries, and egg whites (not all on the same day). A very simple idea is just doing a slimfast shake or something of that sort. As far as snacks, cottage cheese is good, or some flavored soy nuts aren't bad too bad either.
