Calorie Intake Qestions
Soo sometimes I go over my calorie limit. My recommended number is 2200 and I try to stick to about 1700/day. If I do more exercise and my deficit stays above 500 will I still loose weight even if my calorie intake for the day sometimes creeps up?

"The Girls" need support
I love my underarmour bra. I'm a 36D and I do not move or jiggle even when running, jumping, skiing moguls...It's awesome. Another one that sells by cup size is moving comfort or title 9. Title 9 makes awesome sports bras by cup size that are very adjustable (even tho a little pricey) but worth it if you can work out without worrying about the girls.

Substituting Healthy(ish) Food for Non-Healthy Food
Mmm homemade pizza is great! Watch portions and add lots of veggies and you have a yummy and (less) calorie dinner.

I think I'm healthiest at about 150 even though every time I search for healthy BMIs it says I should be 115. I guess numbers don't matter as much as how you feel.
